The abstract should be as informative as possible.
Please include the following information in your abstract.

Abstract title and text

– The title should be informative and the abstract is limited to 300 words.

Abstract topic

– Abstracts must be allocated to one or more specific topics (shown above) for the Scientific Program.

Keywords

– Up to five keywords

Confirmation of receipt & notification of decision

Review process and conference paper publication

Contributions to the conference will be evaluated through the two stages listed below. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Note that the conference papers will not be peer-reviewed. However, the papers will be published on the IBPSA website and will be openly accessible.

The 1st stage
The scientific committee will carefully evaluate submitted abstracts for the quality of the abstract and its contribution to the conference and the field. The authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper.
The 2nd stage
Full papers will be checked with respect to the following points; whether the paper complies with the paper submission guidelines; and whether there are any commercial advertisements in the paper.
